What started as a casual blog idea turned into a burning passion for me as I began to explore the Coffee world and all it has to offer. This passion lay lurking unknown even to myself until I stopped looking at coffee merely as a caffeine transport, and began seeing it as the complex drink that it is.
Like fine wine, coffee offers a complex aroma and taste experience for those who are open to experiencing it. This came as quite a pleasant surprise to me as I began to fully understand what coffee has to offer.
I by no means consider myself an expert in the field of coffee, but I have a passion and honesty that seems to translate well to others who love coffee as much as I do. With that in mind my goal is to present my readers with honest reviews, opinions and commentary on coffee culture, beans and products.
