I don't think it will do well in Italy! But then again, a delicious caffe freddo or shakerato is easily found there. The merger of Coke's marketing and distribution with Illy's quality is a good fit, but will Illy lose their premium pricing with this match? I always thought of Illy in a different way than Coke. Miller and Coors, now illy and Coke. I noticed the illy brand in Italy, wherever I went. It's curious that I appreciated the after-meal coffee there more than ever.
